Greetings from G Gypsy Camp,
Geno's Gypsies kicks off the Winter Club Season of 2012, we have some new faces, new music and a new approach to our electronic media package. Let’s start with our new faces…well actually on second thought, let’s start with the old faces first!
Leading the Caravan on Lead Vocals, Guitar and Keys is Gene “GNO” Covelli who’s been holding ‘em high for the last 2 decades as a premier front man in the greater Milwaukee area. He formed the group in late 2008. Next our own WAMI award winning bassist of the Year in 2009 Todd Richardson. Todd Bassist/Vocalist is the magician of the group. Meaning, he plays a lot of stuff right in front of you and your eyes can’t believe what your ears just heard! Rounding out our rhythm section is Jeff Holden on Drums/vocals. Jeff the former drummer of the National/midwestern recording band Bender can be heard on movie soundtracks such as Kevin Costner’s 3000 miles to Graceland and a number of play station video games. Next up is Brad "B-Rad" Wilson. Brad is featured on Lead Guitar and Vocals. Brad can be found sneakin around out in the crowd with his guitar in hand but dont worry.......he's had his shots! The Newest Gypsy to the Camp comes with a trunk full of treats! Steve "the Rush" Rush unloads with Keys, Sax, Guitars and Vocals!
Geno's Gypsies would not have made it this far if it wasn’t for our cast and crew behind the scenes. I huge shout out to Chris, Linda, Michelle, Jerry and JR. As far as music goes, we’ve mixed up our live party sets with the greatest songs and sing-alongs from yesterday and today! Get yourself out to our next show and Holdem up and Holdem up High with Geno's Gypsies this Club Season!
